### Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy ??

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and I truly appreciate you respecting my time just as I respect yours.

**Late Arrivals:** A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be subject to a **$15 late fee**. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled depending on the service and the time remaining.

**Cancellations:** Please provide at least **24 hours' notice** if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

**No-Call/No-Show:** Missing your appointment without notice will result in a charge of **100% of the scheduled service**.

A valid credit/debit card is required to secure your appointment. By booking, you authorize the card on file to be charged any applicable late, cancellation, or no-show fees according to this policy.

I understand that life happens, and emergencies do come up. Please communicate with me as soon as possible so we can work together when unexpected situations arise. ??
